The Gym

The gym at Adare Manor is located on the first floor of The Padel Club, a two-minute walk from the manor house. The fully equipped gym features floor-to-ceiling glazing with peaceful views over the estate’s mature woodlands, forests and parklands.

Please kindly note that our gym is exclusively suitable for guests aged 16 years and older.

The Gym at Adare Manor features a range of high-spec cardio, strength and functional training equipment.

Facilities include Peloton bikes, a Watt Bike, a water rower, a kinesis machine, TRX suspension straps, kettlebells, weights and back-baller rollers for muscle recovery. The combination of cardio, strength and functional equipment makes the gym suitable for a wide range of fitness routines and training goals.

Yes, guests can book private one-to-one personal training sessions at Adare Manor with the resort’s expert personal trainers.

Each session can be tailored to individual fitness levels and goals, with guidance on exercises, technique and training. Personal training sessions are available for guests aged 16 and over and are subject to availability, with advance notice required.

The Gym at Adare Manor is available to guests aged 16 years and over. Other activities at The Padel Club welcome younger guests, with the padel courts and the Golf Simulation Room suitable for children aged 6 and over, and the swimming pool open to guests of all ages.

Children using the padel courts, Golf Simulation Room or swimming pool must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
