Painting Experience at Adare Manor

Immerse yourself in a relaxed and inspiring painting experience, guided by a local artist.

Set within the tranquil surroundings of Adare Manor, this artist-led workshop offers guests the opportunity to slow down, observe the beauty of the estate and express it on canvas. Whether you’re picking up a paintbrush for the first time or looking to develop your artistic skills, Barry provides expert tuition and encouragement in a welcoming environment. Working with acrylic paints on canvas, you’ll be introduced to the fundamentals of composition, perspective and colour mixing, while learning techniques to create depth, balance and a strong focal point. Inspired by the landscapes and heritage of Adare, each session is designed to encourage creativity at your own pace, with plenty of guidance throughout. Every guest will leave with their own original painting as a lasting memento of their time at Adare Manor.

All materials are provided, and no previous painting experience is required. Suitable for aspiring artists of all ages, sessions last approximately two to two and a half hours.

Classes take place in indoor or outdoor locations, subject to weather conditions and availability. Advance booking of at least 72 hours is required.
