Training & Development Programme

We believe in growing and developing our talent from within.  Our training strategy is adopted for all levels of our team: from junior positions up to leadership and management roles.  We will regularly issue a training plan that will highlight upcoming training and development courses tailored for your individual career development path.

We want to provide you with both on-the-job and external skills training and we will encourage you to do so.  The training and development we offer falls into four key groups:

Internships & Apprenticeships

We are also excited to offer opportunities for talented and motivated young people who aspire to work at Adare Manor through our internship and apprenticeship programmes.  Candidates will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in one of Europe’s leading resort hotel.

Leadership Programme
