While you may explore the estate during the day, you can then retreat to a unique Whiskey Tasting Experience in the evening. You will be taken on an exploration on the vibrancy of four Irish whiskeys, guided by one of our expert team members within the impressive setting of The Wine Cellar.
The Whiskey Collection
The Adare Manor whiskey collection includes more than 160 rare quality bottles sourced from the best producers internationally. The very finest Scotch, Bourbon, Canadian and Japanese bottles are represented here, but the focus, of course, is on the legendary Irish whiskeys. There are some very recognisable names as part of the collection, and many more exclusive releases for the connoisseur to discover.
Na Cinn Mhiotasacha (The Mythical Ones) - €500 per person
This is an experience that encapsulates Irish Lore, the Beastiary the inspiration for the Manor and its beautiful carved limestone façade and some of the exceptional Irish whiskeys that are held in the vaults of the Tack Room.
Na Cinn Mhistasacha is the pinnacle of how to enjoy and enjoy the infamous Uisce Beatha and some of the world rarest expressions from the greatest distilleries the Emerald Isle has to offer. The perfect way to keep warm on the bitter Irish winter nights.
This is where the rarest Irish Whiskey in our collection comes to the forefront. This experience includes a tasting of four premium whiskeys, including the Midleton Very Rare x Adare Manor collaboration.
An tEarrach (Spring) - €125 per person
This experience is an insight into both various styles of Irish whiskey from the country’s most prestigious distilleries, as well as offering the opportunity to indulge in one of the most exclusive productions from the Midleton distillery, including the exclusive bottling of Midleton Very Rare by Adare Manor. This experience includes a tasting of four premium whiskeys.
