We recommend that you book well in advance of your arrival to secure your preferred date and time of treatment.
Cancellation Policy
Your Treatment Rooms and Salon Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. As a courtesy to other guests, please give us 4 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment. You will be billed 50% of the services reserved if you should cancel or change in less than 4 hours. Failure to show up for your appointment will result in 100% charged for reserved services. For cancellation of a package 24hours notice is required.
Gift Vouchers
Treat a friend or loved one by giving them an experience they will never forget. Gift vouchers are available against any treatment or Day packages. Gift vouchers are not refundable and must be presented at time of treatment.
Payment
We accept cash, all major credit cards and room charges. All prices are quoted in euros and are subject to change without prior notice.
Booking in advance is highly recommended to avoid disappointment.
