Arrive Early: We suggest you arrive 5 - 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. Please understand your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be inconvenienced.
What to Bring: Towels, robes and slippers are provided.
Medical Conditions: If you have a medical condition or are under medical supervision, please advise us so that we can provide the best possible service. If you are pregnant you must submit a written consent from your doctor permitting massage.
Opening Hours: Massage & Beauty Treatments: Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm, Thursday 9.00am - 8.00pm, Saturday 8.00am - 6.00pm and Sunday 9.00am - 3.00pm. Opening Hours are subject to change in the winter. Hairdresser is available outside these hours on request and would be more than happy to come to your room if required.
Etiquete: Out of consideration for others we request that visitors keep noise to a minimum. Mobile phones and other electrical devices must be silenced.
Cancellation Policy: Your Treatment and Salon appointments are reserved exclusively for you. As a courtesy to other guests, please give us 4 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment. You will be billed 50% of the services reserved if you should cancel or change in less than 4 hours. Failure to show for appointments will result in a 100% charge for reserved services. For cancellation of a package, 24 hours notice is required.
