Leadership Development Programme : an opportunity to join a five star Leading Hotel of the World
This is an amazing opportunity to join the Exclusive Award Winning Adare Manor Hotel & Golf Resort, a Five Star Resort located in the village of Adare, Co Limerick.
The Resort was the venue for the JP McManus invitational PRO AM in 2005, which hosted the TOP 40 Golfers in the World and is now the Venue of the Irish Open for 2007/2008/2009.
We operate an internal Leadership Development Programme which gives opportunities to gain "on the job work experience" in all areas of a Five Star Hotel and Golf Resort whilst attending college to gain academic qualifications in hotel management.
This is run in partnership with the TMDP programme via Failte Ireland.
The ideal candidate should be capable of working hard in a very busy operation, an operation that has expectations of high levels of performance and commitment.
The programme begins in Ocotober each year for 4 years and includes an international placement.
Previous experience is desirable, however we will train you in the skills if you are open to learning, hard working, dedicated to this industry, people orientated, a perfectionist in standards and excited about success and challenge.
You shall be considered as part of the trainee management team and shall participate in extensive training and report directly to the Deputy General Manager ultimately. However during the period of your training you shall have opportunity to train in many areas of the resort and you shall report to the manager of that area during those selected periods.
