Adare Manor Voted Number 1 Golf Resort in Ireland & The UK by the Condé Nast Traveller Readers Poll.

Adare Manor Hotel & Golf Resort, Adare, Co Limerick is delighted to announce that it has been voted Number 1 Golf Resort in Ireland and The UK by the Condé Nast Traveller Readers Poll April 2011. This incredible accolade, which is based entirely on the evaluation of the readers of the world’s leading travel magazine, sees Adare Manor reach the highest ranking achieved by any other Golf Resort in the British Isles this year.

Now in its 15th year, the Golf Poll is based on the evaluations of 125 golf resorts by over 25,000 readers of Condé Nast Traveler magazine. Each resort was rated across eight criteria based on the readers’ personal experiences with Adare Manor scoring and overall rating of 91.4 out of a maximum of 100. The rating is formulated using a five-point scale reaching from excellent to poor. The resort received individual ratings of 100 for Design of Course, 95.8 for Golf Staff & Service, 89.4 for Rooms, 90.2 for Resort Service, 88.2 for Food/Dining 94.7 for Location, 93.8 for Overall Design and 89.1 90 for Activities and Facilities.
