Cancellation Policy for Individual Rates and Packages
We have a cancellation policy of 7 days whereby if you cancel within this time period you will be charged one nights room revenue for each room held.
Group Cancellation Policy

90 days prior to arrival the client must review the room block. All rooms not cancelled by that date will automatically be guaranteed.

90-30 days before arrival a 10% attrition factor will be allowed. All rooms cancelled in excess of the 10% attrition will be charged the contracted rate for _ night(s).

Less than 30 days prior to arrival each room cancelled will be charged the contracted rate for _ night(s) provided the hotel is unable to resell the rooms at the same rate.
